Leadership: Myths Busted!

About the Presenter:
Omar Sabra (He/Him/His) is a Freshman Political Science Major at UMBC. Outside of UMBC, Omar is a car guy who recently got a job in selling cars. Omar believes that leadership is what gets things going. He believes that leadership could be two people, it could be a hundred, but whatever it is, it has to be effective and get the job done. His goals as a Leadership Peer Facilitator (LPF) are to spread the truth about leadership and to knock any misconceptions people have about it. Outside of being an LPF, Omar is a First Year Ambassador in the Student Government Association (SGA).

Leadership: Myths Busted (Part 1) and (Part 2)!: In a world where effective leadership is a fundamental necessity, this session takes a holistic look at how the concept of leadership is practically applied, what works, and what may be areas for growth.
