The Student Organizations Support Team (SOST) assists the Vice President of Student Organizations (VPSO) in all matters concerning the betterment and representation of UMBC’s undergraduate student organizations.
Positions include:
Student Organization Committee Representative, which assists the VPSO directly in matters concerning student organizations such as facilitation and reviewing applications.
Coordinator of Programming, which develops programs, trainings, and any necessary events that aid in the advancement of student organizations and enhance our relationship with them.
The Assistant Director of Coalition and Cultural Organizing, which develops programs in order to shift or maintain culture surrounding student organizations, and increase engagement among student organizations on campus for the betterment of the university.
