UMBC Student Government Association

The UMBC SGA organizes undergraduate students in creating a distinctive community, supports co-curricular and academic experiences, identifies and gives a voice to students’ hopes and concerns, engages students in campus activities and decisions, builds mutually beneficial partnerships with individuals and organizations on and off campus, and promotes and defends students’ welfare.

As one of the governing bodies at UMBC, SGA meets with key administrators, organizes and empowers the undergraduate student body, and approves campus-wide policies in support of an active, academically enriched, social student environment.

The application is available starting Friday, February 20th and closes on Sunday, March 8th. You can find it here.
