SGA Election Results 2025: Senator status update
With the Election Board’s certification of the amendments to the SGA constitution, the increase in total Senators (from 11 to 13) immediately goes into effect for the 2025-2026 academic year.
As a result, in addition to the 11 Senators whose candidacy the Election Board previously certified, the Election Board has taken the following steps:
- Certified Hira Khan as Senator for 2025-2026, with 22% of the votes
- Initiated the planning process for a run-off election between Aaliyah Oshun and Jason Pena, who tied with 21% of the votes
