SGA Election Rule Violation Complaint

The Election Board recently received two complaints against the Hussain/Saxena campaign which alleged violations of previously imposed sanctions that the Election Board had given to the aforementioned campaign. Both complaints made the same allegation, so the Election Board reviewed them together as a single complaint. 

After careful review of the complaints, the Election Board did not find sufficient evidence of any violation in either complaint. The Election Board voted to dismiss this complaint.

At this time, no additional complaints may be filed with the Election Board, as the deadline to submit any complaints was April 14, 2022 at 11:59pm.
