Theresa Bruce

         Currently I am a junior at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where I major in Political Science and Social Work. I also minor in Spanish and working to obtain a certificate in Public Policy and Administration. I am a recipient and member of the Sondheim Public Affairs Program, which focuses on social science majors. I am very interested in all things concerning the law and legal system. I enjoy thoughtful conversations on politics and public policy. My goal is to be the "ultimate tool" for Baltimore City. With my social work degree, I plan to interact on the individual level with youth. With my knowledge of policy issues and proposal writing, I plan to take the concerns that I see on a daily basis through my interaction with the youth and draft policies to help them. Finally, with my law degree, when necessary, I plan to fight for my policies or policies that affect the youth in court.
