Candidate Responses:
1. I have served on the Executive Staff in the Department of Student Outreach this semester. This semester, we put together the new Retriever Rewards program to encourage turnout at games and SEB-sponsored events. In this capacity, I have worked with the First Year Council, of which I am also a member, to organize Black & Gold Day.

2. Opposed to the $8 transcript fee. Committed to helping make the UMBC campus sustainable. Committed to encouraging higher turnout at campus events. Supports longer library hours. Will ensure responsible allocation of the Student Activities Fee.

3. I'm eager to serve as a Senator for UMBC students. I have experience as a member of the Executive Branch and the First Year Council. I'm friendly, outgoing, and open to new ideas.

Brief Platform Statement:

  • Better communication between the SGA and the rest of the student body.
  • Higher student turnout at campus events.
  • Increase UMBC's sustainability.
