Jennifer Kent

     Jennifer is a sophomore at UMBC pursuing majors in Mathematics and Financial Economics. This is her second year as a member of the senate- she served as a First Year Ambassador last year. Being a First Year Ambassador allowed Jennifer to gain a lot of experience and knowledge that will allow her to work towards her goal of improving retention in the upcoming year. As a member of Owings Mills High School's class of 2006, Jennifer served as the President of the SGA and was an active member of the school's SADD chapter. She was also the captain of the field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse teams.

     Since arriving here at UMBC, Jennifer has involved herself in the UMBC Ambassadors program, Leadership Consultants, Orientation Peer Advisors, Phi Sigma Sigma, and the Erickson Community Action Board. She also works as a desk staffer in Erickson Hall.
