The Office of Student Services is working on a department review initiative that will help assess the services available for the students, staff and visitors of UMBC. With this project, we will be able to make sure that needs are being met and that all the resources on campus are being utilized. It will also give each department insight into the day to day interactions that they handle on a daily basis. The main contact for this project is Andrea Roskam, Director of Student Services.
