Aditi Srivatav

    Aditi Srivastav is currently a freshman and a Sondheim Public Affairs Scholar. She recently ended her term as the Maryland Association of Student Councils President in which she served as the voice for over a hundred thousand public school students. A Montgomery County native, Aditi attended Magruder High School where she served as Class President, Key Club president, South Asian Student Association President, an Green Schools President. With all of knowledge and experience that she has gained, Aditi is extremely passionate about student rights and student leadership and plans to stay extremely involved with the SGA at UMBC.

    Aditi plans to pursue a double major in Political Science and Heath Policy, specializing in Public Health. She is a varsity cheerleader for UMBC and involved in several other groups on campus.

    One of Aditi's major goals is to strengthen the relationship that UMBC and outside organizations have so that students are able to take an advantage of them. She plans to help in promoting and publicizing the importance of community relations in UMBC to improve the use of the resources available. She is excited to work with Jay and all of the members of SGA.
