Josh:
• Text book bill
Text book (not UMBC’s merchandise) revenues are used to help pay certain programs or student activities
Higher education funding
Can only be used for certain things
Oppose this, because this will lead to increase of student fees
This bill will give students the ability to choose to buy books from the bookstore or outside, this will not affect the expenses of students
700 grand of the textbook revenue is not used for a specific set of programs but rather for anything, has no validation
Contact the administration before deciding on a position, tabled
