* Why this position: Considered by Erin and wants to be more involved in SGA since elections
* What he wants to change: push people to vote.
* How will he do this: Pick up a lot on Jay’s actions and accomplishments, encourage people to understand the potential the SGA has.

* This is for continuing subscription and automatically receive new products and software programs
* Unlimited number of licenses but not available to all undergraduate students who are not employed by the SGA
* 4 grand will be allocated but only after 2 years

* Won the game at the last growl
* Fan busses to Binghamton for the basketball game
* 2 grand for a bus to stay overnight and back for 50 people. $40 per person
* This will cut down the student’s expenses for attending the game to $30 per person
* RSA is looking into sending at least one bus up
* Security will be the dept. responsibility
* Black n Gold commission meeting on Wednesday at 7

Title: Amendment to the Bylaws

SL14-0708

* This legislation allows vacant voting positions to be filled by the Senate or the Finance board, when number the number of voting positions fall below 50%
* This would be through in-house elections
* This goes into SL15-0708
o First year ambassadors automatically assigned to vacant Senators positions
o This is to allow these first year ambassadors to vote
o Concerns: lack of experience since positions are only for freshmen
* Passing of legislation extended till next week
