Ranked 2nd biggest event in ASC. This is the total cost needed for the event ($2378.75). Plan to advertise thru flyers facebook, word of mouth
Musical Theatre Club:
Spring musical, the show will be “Company”. Cost (3450). Held in Ballroom, need sound, lights and sets. Hoping to expand marketing thru common vision. Licensing to Int’l music theatre as royalties for 3 shows and books for actors, very essential. Free to students on campus and charge for off campus. Trying to schedule a slot at recital hall, having difficulty to obtain though at (april 3-5). Possibly a dinner theatre on one of the show dates. In regards to Sikh SA; we will see what the reason is for Housekeeping not being asked for/ no knowledge about cost. Possibility: we can reallocate 165 from their account and then give them the difference ($11).
In regards to BSU; they must talk to Drema and get a cost breakdown in order to figure out the difference between what was given to them and revised cost.
