Idea developing tools.
• Developed during the summer.
• Issues that need to be addressed and changes that need to be made.
• Questions to ask to accomplish this:
• What is the actual current situation?
• Who make the decisions?
• Why is the status in place?
• Any models that may be useful?
• What are the trade-offs?
• What assets could you use?
• What are obstacles in your way?
• For example: having a central department that provides a potential service that is missing, an information department where students can ask for information on any other department.
• Why is it that way: financial problems, not enough staff, would be kind of impossible to have constant access to certain information from all departments.
• Potential allies are the parents of first year’s students and also prospective students.
