Training sessions for officers and leaders of UMBC student organizations will take place at the following times and places:
Thursday, September 7, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM --Skylight Room, The Commons
Tuesday, September 12, 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM--UC 312
Tuesday, September 12, 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM--UC 312
Wednesday, September 13, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM--Skylight Room, The Commons
The training will prepare those who attend for the event planning and
funds spending processes. It is mandatory for organization Presidents
and Treasurers to attend one of the sessions. It is strongly suggested - but not required - that other organization officers and members that will be planning events attend Student Organization Training as well.
Orgnizations' SGA approved budgets are now posted online at http://sga.umbc.edu/budgets. Updates will be posted periodically throughout the school year at the same site, so add it to your bookmarks.
